I'm gonna cook myself fried rice today cos I'm too lazy to go eating at the same ole mix rice auntie there again. Sumore working at night shift, would definitely trying to avoid the cafeteria food. So I would sacrifice a lil bit time on the evening to cook ! Yeah, Ipohchai is cooking something.

I have some cabbage cut into small pieces and some Taiwan Sausage too. Well, usually I would have normal sausage but today would be a lil bit special... lol

Some garlic and small onion will stir up the fragrance of the rice

The Methodology
First of all, heat up some cooking oil and dump those garlic and onion into the wok. Stir it until fragrance. Then pour in the sliced Taiwan Sausage and stir fry it for a couple of minute. Mmm... by this time, you would smell the fragrance of the sausages... yum.

Dump in the sliced cabbage and stir fry it sumore for another minute.

Pour the rice into the wok and stir the entire mixture very very well. Add in some soya sauce and pepper and other flavouring ingredients you may want to add-in. Stir it up sumore unti it turn into a...
Fried Rice... yeah, thats it.

The final result of a Ipohchai made fried rice. I hope I could upload the smell of this fried rice here for you... Mmmm... yummy !

Add On some toppings; some cocktail sausage and a fried egg. This is just a perfect plate of fried rice.
Well, its an enjoyable dinner today and I would get to escape the horrifying cafeteria food for another night.
