Located near The Store in the city of Ipoh, Kampai Japanese Restaurant has been operating here for more than a decade. I guess it has been several years since my last visit to this Japanese Restaurant.
The place were quite nice I would say but I wonder if their sushi bar is still operating. There are tea pots, plates, glass anything else you may find in a restaurant piled up on the sushi bar table.
A dinner set. consist of a bowl of carrot salad, chicken meat, Gyoza, Maki, prawn tempura, rice and soup. Yummy aren't they.
A set of Chicken katsu. It consist of a plentiful plate of fried chicken, tofu and steamed egg which is very delicious.

I wish to correct "sue me". Ipohchai didn't mean Jalan Kampar store. He meaned the other Store, last time Ocean.

been here for many yrs now, know the boss since i was small kid ...
set lunch is cheap and reasonable portion ... from RM10 to RM20 ...
trust me, in Ipoh, Kampai serves one of the best Japanese meal
the caliroll and dragon roll r very good in kampai but overall prefer waraku in ip garden.
