My good 'ole Motorola E365 is wayyyy seasoned already. Though it was a cool camera phone back then but the photo quality was terrible for today's standard. Somehow it has accompany me over the past 3 years.
My wife has just bought me a new hand phone recently. It is a Sony Ericsson W810i.
My old E365 camera sux, the quality is just good enough to use on the phone itself, dare not to download it out to be view on a computer.
The W810i is a Walkman phone as well, it comes with a nice ear phone cum handsfree kit as you can see on the picture above. Just a single press on the side button and the song will start playing. The phone is bundle with a 512mb memory card, it could store hundreds of mp3 inside it. Its sound quality is superb and it even has an audio equalizer and mega bass settings for your music pleasure.
It also receive FM radio so I can listen to my favourite radio channel when I'm bored.
Ultimately, I love it's camera feature very much. Camera mode runs horizontally and I can just hold it exactly just like a normal camera. There is also a digital zoom +/- button on the camera which I may find it handy in case I really need to use its digital zoom function.
It has most of the basic feature of what a normal digital camera has such as;
shoot mode : normal, panorama, frames, burst
picture size: 160 X 120, 640 X 480, 1632 X 1224
macro mode
night mode
light ( for shooting in dark environment )
self timer
effects: black and white, negative, sepia, solarize
white balance: auto, daylight, cloudy, fluorescent, incandescent
picture quality: normal, fine,
4 shutter sound type(but I duno how shut off it shutter sound-thumb down on this)
time and date
At optimum setting, each photo could fetch around 500kb in file size. Image quality should be sufficient for a good 4R print out. Not only the camera can be used to take photo, it can also be used to take video recording. It could capture video at 176 x 144 or 128 x 96 resolution in 3gp file format.
