Restoran Dai San Yean Special Noodle

To be honest, I was a little skeptical initially about their noodle here. Their specialties is their home made Laksa Noodle but then, they ain't selling Laksa of any sort. For me, the only way a Laksa Noodle (Lai Fan in Cantonese) to be serve is Asam Laksa. I never like it in curry or plain soup or even in dry soy sauce. It just doesn't seems to taste good. But with the thumbs up comments from wifey, I'm definitely wanted to give it a try.

Restoran Dai San Yean located at Jalan Market, just near by the famous Thean Chun coffee shop. The only food peoples are craving over here is their specially home made Laksa Noodle which is serve in either plain soup, curry or dry soy sauce. The assortment consist of some commonly known Yong Tofu. Though, some of it was made on their own.

I ordered one with dry soy sauce. Now, just look at their so called special noodle here. Well, presentation seems to be much better than of a regular bowl of soy sauce noodle. They even have some sesame toppings which would add up some nice aroma to the taste. Of the first bite onto the noodle it was like, OMG, this really ain't no normal Laksa Noodle!

It ain't too soft and not so elastic like the ordinary Laksa Noodle but it has a bit of crunchy element making every bites a joy for it's taste. I was like instantly fall in love with the noodle. Wish to have another bowl but my tank was somehow full.
