The Lost World of Tambun at Sunway City Ipoh

Just on last weekend, company held an outings event at the Lost World of Tambun in Sunway City, Tambun. This would be the second times I visit the Lost World since my first visit last year. I remember few months ago, they slash the entrance fee to half price since part of the park was under renovation.

I arrived there just a few minutes before 8am and the entrance was already so crowded. There are also a few others company which held their events there too. So many chicks there!

I just love the place where they build The Lost World of Tambun. Surrounded by nature with some huge limestone hill as background.

It was still pretty quiet since the park haven't start operating. I spent my time walking around and took some photos. This was the beach of the Lost World. The Wave generator is still not operating. But as the time goes on, more and more peoples are entering the park.

It was a hot afternoon and everyone jumped into the pool to cool down and since there is no where in the city that you could find a real beach, this could be a good alternative. Afterall, you don't need to worry about those nasty jelly fish or even sharks! well if there even ever been any shark attack in our country.

The have place for everyone here, adults and kids. Everyone certainly would have a joyful time here.

And if you have had enough time on the water, why not take a trip and spin round and round and round. You could be spinning and swinging all day long with no extra charge.

Graawww... they have a few big cats too in their Tiger Valley.

Splaashhh! This certainly is fun. Getting yourself floating along the river is certainly a fascination experience. You get to see the beautiful nature surrounding along the stream. All you need to do is just seat and relax on the float and the river stream will bring you along the way.

Some people would just find themselves in a thrilling moment here. This girl was screaming like there is no tomorrow.
They have this dual tube CliffRacer where you will slide straight down at maximum momentum. Though it's just a few seconds event, the thrill was astonishing.
They also have a quad multi angle tube namely the TubeRider where you get to experience all the breath taking turns at maximum acceleration. Walking towards the launch booth at the top of the hill would be a lil exhausting but the experience worth more. You certainly wanted to try out all the 4 tubes!

More Splaassh! This gigantic water downfall splash just right from the top of your head and uh, what else I could say.

I've spend most of the time in the park walking around taking photos of the events and scenery and I didn't really got myself wet. Well, at last I get an opportunity to blog about this cool place of Ipoh without needing to pay the RM21.90 entrance fee.

Price that I pay for the day. Sun burn! It was a damn hot afternoon and before I realise it, I got sun burn. But I'm sure everyone who came here would certainly get it. But since I wasn't playing in the park, I didn't really get to suffer much after-effect-pain. During my first visit here, I've spend several hours in the pool and squeeze out every drop of my energy to play whatever they have there and as the result, enduring 2 weeks period of sub burn pain on my hand, shoulder and back.

Another price I paid. A combination of sand at the beach plus freaking hot afternoon plus long hours of walking along the park and this is what I got. A broken sandal. But the nightmare doesn't just end there. I thought I could buy a pair of sandals at their souvenirs shop but they ain't have no sandal nor shoe of any kind. At the end I have to walk bare foot to my car which is like 100 meters away from the entrance. It was 2.00pm and it was freaking hot, and the floor outside there was like burning. Certinly could even cook egg on the floor! and I was walking barefoot like those people walking on the burning charcoal during the 9 Emperor Festival. It ain't funny ok. I really did it.
Hmm... why not I participate on the burning charcoal walk over during this upcoming 9 Emperor Festival huh.
