There's a cobra in my house!

A snake just sneak into the house!
Yeah, the maid got freaked up once she saw a black colored snake in the kitchen!
"Maa.. maa... ulak ulak..!", she was kind of in hysteria pointing her finger towards the kitchen door jumping around.

My daring mom walked towards the kitchen and opened the door when she saw the black colored snake move towards the storage compartment. She notice some white spot on the head of the snake.

My mom got freak up too, she then inform my sister in law which is at next door then and that is when she gave me a phone call asking me if I could get someone to get rid of the snake like how Steve Irvin did.

But My Crocodile Hunter was dead, the stingray took him away already and my mom told me not to play play with snakes. So, I called 994.
Toot toot... toot toot.... toot toot..." it was like a minutes past and nobody is picking up the call! omfg, believe that!
So I get on with 999 then and ask the operator to connect me to the nearest station to lodge the matter.

I rushed to my mother's home to have a look on what happened. And when I opened the kitchen door, I saw this little rats on the water tap. It looks really freaked up too. It must have smelt the presence of the snake just now and I don't know how the heck it could got up to the water tap there.

The little rat might not saw the snake but it's super sensitive nose could tell there are danger around. This the first time I saw this kind of phenomena myself, LIVE!

After about 15 minutes, the tough guy arrived with their rods!
Fireman: "Mana Ulak!" (Where's the snake?).
Me: "Belakang", (Behind).
Fireman: "Ular sawa ka? besar?", (Python? is it big?)
Me: "Tak tau, kaler itam, mungkin cobra, lebih kurang 3 kaki", (duno, black in color, probably cobra, about 3 feet long).

So, they got on with their job searching around the kitchen, removing the pail, container one by one carefully. It doesn't takes long, about 10 minutes later before they finally see the moving object!

"Tu dia! Besar jugak la. Ular tedung, jaga sikit!", (There is it, quite big also, a cobra, be careful!)

The venomous cobra display it's fearsome wing standing over 1 foot above the floor ready for a strike. It looks really really dangerous. Somehow, one of the fireman tied the snake with his rod but the cobra ain't just giving up like that. It is struggling and I guess who ever got near to it would certainly get stung by it's venomous fang.

After a few minutes of struggle among the group of fireman and the fiery cobra,
"Ambik Ridsect mari", (take that Ridsect(aerosol insecticide) here!)

He wasn't just spraying the Ridsect onto the snake but instead, the fireman torch up the aerosol spray into a spray of flame, onto the snake, on my kitchen floor! OMFG!

The snake sure die lah like this. But do they really have to kill it like that?
