Does the word Fusilli bring any meaning to you? I guess not many of us know what is Fusilli. Yeah, its a kind of food OK, can eat one.
I have been cooking this stuff over the month but I still don't know what it was called. So I just search, search and search in the internet and finally I me this thing called Fusilli.
Fusilli is a kind of dry noodle from the family of Pasta. Oh NO, this Pasta is not a person with the name Pasta and yes, its a kind of food too OK.
Other dried noodle from the family of Pasta which is well known was Spaghetti and Macaroni.

This is the Rainbow Fusilli. Looks colorful right. You could buy this in most supermarket usually placed at the instant noodle rack.
- A handful of Cauliflower cut to small pieces
- A handful of Cabbage cut to small pieces
- 2 Baby Corn cut to small pieces
- 2 Mushroom cut to small pieces
- 4 Cili Padi cut and remove seeds
- 1 Tomato cut to small pieces
- A handful of carrot cut to small pieces
- 1 red onion cut into 4
- 5 Medium size Prawn
- 5 kaffir of Lime Leaves
- 1 table spoon of tom yam paste
- 1 tea spoon of minced garlic
- 2 table spoon of cooking oil
- 1 table spoon of tomato ketchup
- Half cup of water
First of all, boil the Fusilli in hot water for 10 minutes and dry it.
Heat up the wok and pour the cooking oil into the wok. Then put the minced garlic and stir it well.
Once fragrance, put the tom yam paste, tomato ketchup, cili padi, lime leaves, tomato and some water and stir it well.
As the ingredients boiling, put all the rest of the ingredients and stir it well.
Once everything is on the wok, cook it for another 5 minutes
Finally, put the boiled Fusilli into the mixture, stir it until everything is well mixed and there you have the Tom Yam Rainbow Fusilli done.
That's it. Another yummylicious dish.
The first time I cook this was on the recent Valentines. I had this as a topping on a Grilled Chicken Chop and it taste U-laa-laa. My wife love it and I hope you will like it too.
